Reasons to bare the bottom
We've all heard something like this: "Young man! I'm going to pull your pants down and tan your bare behind!" And it is true that the vast majority of spankings are applied to the bare bottom. But why? I do not believe it is primarily about pain. In the photos of me above, a spanking on my underpants would hurt just as much as on my bare bottom. Timmy Cole New Spanking Model
