Should dad deal with the penis?

 

If dad bares your bottom for a spanking, is he then required to deal with your loose penis?

In the gif above you see me going over my dad's knee.  You can see that his hand is between my legs and he makes sure that my penis is positioned comfortably.
 
While boys may be somewhat embarrassed by having their genitalia handled by another person, I do believe that it is dad's job to make his boy comfortable.  Being over your dad's knee should be comfortable for us boys.  It is only our bottoms that should feel discomfort!
