A good spanking stays with you

The photos above are my bottom more than 2 hours after a spanking.

As you can see, my bottom is still quite red and definitely sore.  The photo to the left is my bottom immediately after that same spanking. Obviously it is much more red and sore at that point, but when a boy is well spanked as I was, he will carry much of that soreness with him for a few hours.

This is a good thing because boys need this type of long-lasting reminder to behave better.

    Good point. I've noticed that with my Daddy's new(er) approach, he will paddle me fairly relentlessly over a period of time. So, it'll start with an over the knee handSpanking. After getting Cornertime he may or may not return with a paddle, belt, or other Spanking Tool, depending on my behaviour during the handSpanking. I've had situations where I've felt a soreness in my bottom for days afterwards. There may not be further bruising, in fact usually the bruising ends by the next day or the second day. However, the dull, soreness is his warning to me to do as I'm told. It's hard, right, because we're both adults. How does one adult Male instruct another adult male that he must obey His instructions and requirements? I find that as we've been together now since 2014, it's easier to be obedient, but disobedience results in much more severe punishment, so that he doesn't have to bother with foolishness. It both bums me out, and at the same time makes me appreciate him and understand that he loves me in spite of having to use The Spanking Stick(s) to keep our relationships working well.
